A shad tail version of the Jelly Sardine, a soft body lure primarily targeted at rockfish, is now available.
Just by reeling it in, the Shad Tail will swing its tail from side to side, automatically luring the fish.
The transparent soft body is reminiscent of raw whitebait , and this lure will get rockfish to bite even in tough conditions.
The Jelly Sardine really shines when it is feeding mainly on whitebait and small squid. If you get a good reaction or fall, it's effective to twitch it a few times before letting it fall, rather than just reeling it in.
