Low stock
The MB1 Semi-Long is a metal jig that is highly effective when used in situations where small baits such as sardines and sand eels are densely packed under the water surface, and when luring fish in a bait ball under the water surface. Its perfectly symmetrical form, which produces the same action when jerking or falling, makes it easy to cut into the school of bait with its head in either direction, and lures fish with a half slide at a medium distance. The four sides, which appear different, flash continuously when cast flat, and the narrow form is thin and heavy due to its volume compared to its length, making it effective for catching small baits. It is more effective in close combat with the target close by than in fishing that explores a wide area.
FEATURE
Real bait action
An unwavering, relaxed fall.
When you pull it up and drop it, it changes angle diagonally and performs a medium distance backslide action while hitting flat. As soon as the thrust stops, it relaxes and falls without any action, sustaining the predatory period for a long time. It realistically reproduces the movement of a weakened baitfish that is chased by the target, bounced off the school, and drifts in the water.
[Basic operations]
It has a fall action at the depth where bait reacts, and a soft one-pitch jerk action. It can be used for both up and down operations.
[About hook setting]
When using a spinning tackle with a jerk action, the rear hook is likely to pick up the leader, so use only the front hook. For bait tackle, both the front and rear hooks are fine.
